"I hope that is the case, but I may say to the gentleman that during the sessions of this Economic Conference in London there is another meeting taking place in London. We were advised by reports from London last Sunday of the arrival of George L.Harrison, Governor of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and we were advised that accompanying him was Mr. Crane, the Deputy Governor, and James P. Warburg, of the Kuhn-Loeb banking family, of New York and Hamburg, Germany, and also Mr. O. M. W. Sprague, recently in the pay of Great Britain as chief economic and financial adviser of Mr. Norman, Governor of the Bank Of England, and now supposed to represent our Treasury. These men landed in England and rushed to the Bank of England for a private conference, taking their luggage with them, before even going to their hotel. We know this conference has been taking place for the past 3 days behind closed doors in the Bank of England with these gentlemen meeting with heads of the Bank of England and the Bank for International Settlements, of Basel, Switzerland, and the head of the Bank France, Mr. Maret. They are discussing war debts; they are discussing stabilization of exchanges and the Federal Reserve System,I may say to the Members of the House.

The Federal Reserve System, headed by George L. Harrison, is our premier, who is dealing with debts behind the closed doors of the Bank of England; and the United States Treasury is there, represented by O. M. W. Sprague, who until the last 10 days was the representative of the Bank of England, and by Mr. James P. Warburg, who is the son of the principal author of the Federal Reserve Act. Many things are being settled behind the closed doors of the Bank of England by this group. No doubt this group were pleased to hear that yesterday the Congress passed amendments to the Federal Reserve Act and that the President signed the bill which turns over to the Federal Reserve System the complete total financial resources of money and credit in the United States. Apparently the domination and control of the international banking group is being trengthened...

Pour lui démontrer tout son pouvoir, Rockefeller lui dévoile 9 mois avant le 11 Septembre, qu'après un grand évèvement, les US envahiraient l'Irak et d'autres pays sur ce prétexte.

Aaron Russo lui répond qu'il n'est pas intéressé pour rejoindre ce type d'organisation. Nicholas Rockefeller lui demande dédaigneusement pourquoi il se soucie tant des gens, de ces "serfs" selon sa propre expression.

Aaron Russo époustouflé lui lance alors la question: "C'est quoi le but de tout ça ? Vous avez tout le pouvoir que vous voulez, vous avez tout l'argent que vous voulez, c'est donc quoi le but" ?  "Le but final", lui rétorque Rockfeller, "est de faire microchipper tout le monde, de contrôler toute la société." Rockefeller a même assuré à Russo que s'il se joignait à l'élite sa puce serait spécialement marquée afin d'éviter les inspections excessives des autorités.

Ensuite Rockfeller lui demande ce que Aaron Russo pense de la libération des femmes. Aaron pense que bien évidemment elles ont le droit de voter et de travailler en recevant un salaire égal à celui des hommes. « Vous êtes un idiot! Laissez-moi vous dire ce qu'il en était à ce sujet, nous les Rockefeller l'avons financé, nous avons financé la libération des femmes, nous sommes ceux qui avons obtenus tous les journaux et les télévisions -- la fondation Rockefeller. » Rockefeller a énoncé à Russo les deux raisons originelles pour lesquelles l'élite finançait la libération des femmes, l'une parce que sans cela ils ne pouvaient taxer que la moitié de la population, la deuxième parce cela leur a permis de recevoir les enfants plus jeunes à l'école, permettant leur endoctrinement dans l'acceptation de l'État comme première famille, démolissant le modèle traditionnel.

Cette révélation s'accorde aux confessions antérieures de la pionnière féministe Gloria Steinem, selon lesquelles la CIA finançait Mme Magazine en tant qu'élément du même programme de démolition des modèles familiaux traditionnels.

Selon Russo, Rockefeller était souvent passionné à souligner son idée que "le peuple devait être gouverné par une élite et que l'un des outils d'un tel pouvoir était la réduction de la population, car actuellement il y a trop de gens dans le monde, le chiffre de la population mondiale devant être réduit au moins de moitié".
